SCAM!
Is it true that ORCAM Will no longee manufacture low visión aids?
We will continue to sell and support the current models: Orcam Read, Orcam Read 5, and Orcam MyEye 3. Orcam will be develop OTC hearing products in the future from what we have been told
How can to formats this ? I have a various
Not sure would use these. You would be accused of spying by everyone. Its slow to respond, and you can't be sure what it has focused or captured, without seeing what it saw, which means you don't need it. You would always be wondering about its accuracy. I guess if you were in an environment where things don't change much but that is still hard when its attached to your head.
I like your videos very much. If you want, you can spread your videos to more people
Your videos are really amazing
Glad you like them!
The SensePlayer is a much, much better device. The recording on this device is also a ton better. I wouldn't recommend the victor reader stream at all.
Nice to hear you prefer the SensePlayer. We work with both devices and it great for folks to have a choice!
How does it compare to blind shell 2 phone?
I have a smaller thing
Thank you
You're welcome
Didn’t you forget to add price info here? I think that would be a good idea, but it’s your video, your way.
The Hable Easy is $199
Why did the name at HEBLE? It’s kind of cool, but kind of odd too. What if you wanted to change your rotor settings with that remote? So, I guess you said it up and switch Access? That makes sense to me, but what about someone who cannot use one hand? Could that remote be step to the chair somehow?, Steps to the arm of a wet wheelchair, so they could use it with the hand that doesn’t work? If they cannot press and hold a button down, while typing another, are there ways to lock, we pressed and held button down, as in and one-handed mode on a real rider. Timestamps were indicate where my comments are… At least that’s close to possible accuracy as I can come., Glad to hear you have a sense of humor. We need that now more than ever. I’ll let the video play on for a bit, but know that my comments will have timestamps most the time when I see it’s appropriate. Thank you. 2:44
That’s cool, but you can also do the same thing more connected to a braille display. Sorry to burst your bubble, but for now, or if you are on the MLS patron, we can either get the human wear a e-reader or he is an ex burial a reader for free. The cases are up at Bunkie, meaning I don’t think they work as well as it should keep the wheels play inside and secure. At least, that’s the way it is for my ZHU mix here in Missouri. However, I’m pretty it’s a lot less than that little thing, I’m gonna probably say… $702,000. That’s a bit high for me, and the real e-reader is free if you have an MLS subscription with a local talking about Cambria library. I’ll keep listening, however. Thank you for the video. Did the buttons have Pechtel markers, allowing you to identify which ones are which? If not, by the way, you describe them, I’m pretty sure they’re in columns, and Rose, correct? It’s always nice to learn about new assistive technology, especially for those who are users of the technology like myself. I am, of course, Blind, are you seeing any screens on the device or any color is about? It makes no sense to me. 1:17
Hi, I want to know if and how it is possible to take pictures of more than one page in a row with the device and it will read all the pages in a row? Thank you.
I get the feeling your man here could rebuild an M-16 in under a minute.
Haha
As a user of the 2nd generation model, I must ask. What is your opinion of the recording quality of the built-in microphone? I thought the 2nd gen one was pretty crap.
I use the 2nd gen as well, and I am about to get a 3, and I agree strongly with your opinion about the recording quality of the 2. I mean, it sounds like a very bad mic.
I am curious to ask: do you find daisy players useful for yourself in 2024 when there are phones and apps nowadays? I find that it is a bit difficult to find a content for it because everything is with subscription nowadays plus the speaker quality of victor reader stream 2nd gen is really bad
Yes, absolutely. I have an older phone that doesn't get very good battery life, so having a separate device for those actions is preferable.
What speaker is It? off the
Excellent review
Thank you
Can you tell me the price range on this item? Thank you.
Hi there, thanks for showing me the demo. I just got the reader a few days ago. How do I connect to Bluetooth and internet? Also, is it possible to schedule a one-on-one call with you to ask further questions to guide me on using the device? Really appreciate your reply.

The price is $1,399

Thanks for uploading this. It’s very informative! I’m seriously thinking of getting one of these. I was just wondering though, how big a microSD card memory can it take?
I wish it had a multi page feature
jak to odsłuchać w wersji polskiej
Totally I am looking forward to picking up one of these devices eventually, my second generation stream is slowly reaching the breaking point
THANK YOU FOR THE PRESENTATION. CAN THE GLASSES TRANSLATE FROM SPANISH TO ENGLISH?
The glasses can be set to automatic language detection to read each language you wish to scan. The text can’t be translated.
I’m absolutely hoping to pick one of these up, Considering my second generation stream doesn’t work any more
Great demonstration, thank you. Just curious whether the device gives you turn by turn navigation as well as recounts your memorise step when playing back a recorded route?
Hi there Jose, I’ve been contemplating getting this device but have been going back and forth on my decision up until now. Thanks for the helpful videos you’ve posted regarding this OR Cam as its made my choice much easier. Anyway, I’m hoping to get it in about 2 or three weeks and from what your videos have shown, it looks fairly easy to use so I’m super excited! Anyway take care and hi btw, its Daisy
I used to own a Polaris mini. when using the word processor, I had frequent issues while editing. Is this fixed in the six? Also, I was able to out type when using my Polaris and I was wondering if the speed of the 6 was such to where I would not have that problem.
When this thing offers realistic voice technology, it's going to be awesome.
Just got one can't get it to read whole page of a book
I ordered my glasses last year but they are sitting at my friends house until I return to the States from The Philippines in June. I am looking forward to trying them out with My iPhone 11 Pro.
hi everybody how can I return it to recovery moods what’s the shortcut for it 40 x
How do we order do you have a phone number that we can call do you accept Visa
Give us a call at 1-800-981-5119. Looking forward to hearing from you.
You will sell more of this device
Is there a telephone number so that we can order
Great testimonial!
This is a really wonderful product, however, like most technology for blind/low-vision people, it's ridiculously priced. It would be like charging a person $50 for a roll of toilet paper. Sure, they could live without toilet paper, just as blind people could live without an orcam, but it's a heck of a lot nicer having it, and it shouldn't cost an arm & a leg. There needs to be an organisation that creates vision-impaired/blind tools that are reasonably priced, especially considering that many blind folks live on disability, which is nowhere near enough to afford this type of technology
Well you could order the Or Cam and make monthly payments to pay it off I recently ordered one and I am making payments and also I have a few people including some coworkers and relatives who are going to help me also keep my payments up and pay for the device plus I’m also getting two devices because the government is going to pay for one and I’m going to pay for one with the assistance of my friends and family you could also talk to your Volk Rehab services and they will they will be able to assist you with getting one but in that case you would have to be working and need it for something or school or something for the government to do that I am a chef and a restaurant so that’s why the government is assisting me with getting one
Very impressive one how much does it cost to I know this is an android based device but does it work pretty well with the newer iPhone iOS devices?
The thing you dont talk about is the price.Y
cool video. love the orcam read smart. glad they drop the price on it.
For the price of $1,500 I wish it wouldn’t be so plasticky and cheap looking and feeling. It would have been nice if it was a nice premium metal feel like an iPhone considering the device costs as much and more than a premium phone but this does a whole lot less which makes me feel their price is taking advantage of the blind community who really need something like this.
While the OrCam Read doesn't look like or feel like and iPhone, it certainly feels solid in your hand. You can now get the OrCam Read with Smart Reading for $1,995.00. Give us a call at 1-800-981-5119 and let's see what we can do to help you get one of your very own.
i totally agree with you about the cost isabella! my mother is blind and all the technology offered is far more expensive than things for people with vision, doesn't seem right...
Awesome, amazing video. Very informative. Keep up the awesome work!
